Dennis Larsen ends his Raven Falconer Chronicles with a bang. There are resolutions and cliff hangers. There is a smattering of love, of feeling and of loss in this book, as in the the other two, that compliments the otherwise fast paced, gritty fighting very nicely. This book is a sit and read in a sitting book because you want to know what happens next.

Larsen ties up loose ends, without creating a fuzzy warm ending. You can still tell there is a story going on after this one ends, and you are able to imagine what the characters you've come to know could do with a new beginning. We were concerned with the Cowboy/Indian dichotomy that seemed to be to polar in the first books, but Larsen reveals the conflict as much less simple and much more interesting than good Cowboy and bad Indian. He reveals that most of his characters are human, above all else, with a few bad seeds scattered throughout, which is realistic and intriguing. A satisfying end to a very thrilling trilogy. I imagine this is not the last we will hear from Larsen and the Raven Falconer Chronicles.

I hope to read more from this author, and urge others to give this unique zombie/apocalypse trilogy a try. These books are more than just gore, they are about human connection and what happens when our humanity is lost.

I have read just about every post-apocalyptic zombie book out there and this series can definitely hold its own. I consider myself very picky when it comes to what I read and I rarely continue a series after book one; it has to be a story interesting enough to keep me hooked until the finale and this one absolutely held my interest. I love the characters and storylines and found myself engaged in every situation, I was unable to put this down. I literally finished the series in less than 3 days! My kids and household chores were put on hold while I had my adventure dodging Huskers and shooting at Tribe members! I rank this series among my top 10 and that's saying something!
I enjoyed reading this series, full of new possibilities and it was very easy to get attached to the main characters.

I was again disappointed with the writing, the story, and still amazed at the 4 and 5 star ratings people gave these books. Either the author has lots of friends and family eager to give high ratings to this work, or a lot of people need to expand their horizons and libraries to include more books in their scope of reading.
Example, "The Falconer woman looked at her friends, and the would be author realized that the amateur shooter inside her wasn't good enough to keep the gun sights on the one time college students target for long". This is the kind of descriptive writing in these books. I'm no critic, and I'm no author, but I've read more than my share of books to know when I've came across a terrible story.
And saying again, I'd have never read past the 1st book, but the trilogy was paid for in a single transaction and I hate to waste money. I will probably not try anymore books by this author in the near future.
Great characters. A real spin on zombies or huskers. A really good story surrounding them all. Really liked the series.
I truly enjoyed reading this series ...Mr Larson built characters that you got to know and were fully part of ! .. Recommended for all ages ..And Highly recommended as great entertaining reading !

Vengeance Fulfilled is the third installment in the Raven Falconer Chronicles. Having read the other two books in the series (Operation Z-Day and Rise of the Huskers) I could not wait to sink my teeth into this book and find out how everything works out. Author Dennis Larsen delivers again with the same skills I have come to appreciate in his writing. Here we are presented with the survivors’ ability to fight back and attempt to gain control of their fate and extract the vengeance that has been building inside them from the beginning. This is an excellent portrayal of an exciting and exhilarating adventure of the human spirit and its will for survival and retribution. While this is an ending complete and satisfying, I hope to see more of Raven and her friends in the future. Highly recommended!
